WMCFW Fall 2013 Recap
World MasterCard Fashion Week wrapped up a few weeks ago but we are still coveting all the inspiring makeup looks that Grace Lee, Maybelline New York Lead Makeup Artist Canada, created for each of the shows.
DAY 1:
Chloé comme Parris - She’s a rich girl gone bad. It’s the kind of makeup that’s been rocked all night long.

Pink Tartan - This girl is a little dark on the inside. She could be a bit crazy or seem tad ”off” but she’s always put together and feminine.
DAY 2:
Sid Neigum - With a Japanese influence, she’s a delicate warrior. She’s confident and strong and the beauty look nods to the collection’s ‘optimistic post-apocalypse’ feel.

Line – This girl is cool, fun and she knows how to have a good time.

DAY 3:
Mackage - The Mackage girl is urban and sophisticated. She has her finger on the pulse and knows what’s “in”.

Joe Fresh- The look this season was very Patti Smith. Her style is punk chic and the makeup is understated.
DAY 4:
Vawk - This girl is meticulously put together and chic. Glossy eyes and a matte red lip created by Grace Lee, Maybelline New York Makeup Artist for Canada, highlighted the beautiful clothes.

Rudsak - The girl is effortlessly cool, sort of like Erin Wasson, one of the raddest models around. She’s got street edge with a natural beauty flare.

DAY 5:
Lacerda- Lacerda showcased structure, print and eccentric textures at his debut at World MasterCard Fashion Week. His muse is dark and lives on the edge. She can be classified as a grown-up goth with a lot of money.

Pavoni- Diaphanous fabrics and tight-fitting bodices were a huge focus at Pavoni. The makeup look had a glamourous vibe with a palette of bronzes and taupes.

Such amazing talent in Toronto! We are excited for what the next season will bring.
